Joint ventures require a symbiotic relationship of trust, and can be direct with a property owner or financier, or referral to either from an agent, with different degrees of involvement between the parties, depending on the individual agreement.
Opportunities and Relationships
My particular level of expertise is in identifying property opportunities, negotiating favourable terms of purchase where required, and visualising and capitalising on improving the value of a property for the purpose of sale by way of renovation.
Each property has its own unique set of opportunities on which to capitalise.
Established Network
I have an excellent network of trades, suppliers, consultants and agents with whom I have developed relationships over the years, and have an appreciation for high quality workmanship without compromise, along with the use of stunning natural materials.
The most ideal project is one whereby you are virtually buying a property at land value, however the bones of the actual building structure are still considered to be viable for renovation, and therefore the works required largely relate to a cosmetic makeover with no major building works.
As shown in the Portfolio, Myamyn is a good example of this, and whilst the work was extensive, the complete transformation only took around six months. The property was gutted internally and we worked completely within the framework of the existing structure.

Having a high work ethic ensures that every aspect of the project is managed down to the smallest detail, including site management and the administration of all things relating to the property. The facilitation and processes of these works are meticulously curated.
A cohesive coordination and scheduling of trades is essential, and the completion of all renovation and associated works within a measured timeframe is invaluable in the overall profitability and success of a project .. and therefore time always remains of the essence.
