Clowes Street South Yarra

This was a great project. Again purchased to live in, but develop (over a few years) at the same time for the purpose of sale. We excavated under the house and had a large two car garage, wine cellar, powder room and laundry, with internal access to the house, and an Aladdin’s cave entrance to the garage! I also did a single level extension to the rear of the property, and the house was refurbished fully both inside and out.
