This house had been owned by a client for around eight years and was in a state of disrepair, and in fact one side had subsided a number years earlier due to the undermining of water damage. Whilst the house was then underpinned, the resultant damage was still there and required extensive works to rectify. The entire house was cosmetically refurbished both inside and out, so that it virtually presented as a new house.

As there was a timeframe that we needed to work towards to get the property on the market, we worked seven days a week and often 12 hour days to meet this objective, completed the work in six months and achieved a successful result, with a record sale price.
