This house, of approximately 100 squares, had been neglected, with virtually no maintenance works having been done during the preceding 20 years. Having known the owner for some 30 years, I was engaged to do the work. It required substantial cosmetic renovation, and a small amount of building works.

A timeframe was put on the project to complete all work in time to place the property on the market, and again working seven days a week and often twelve hour days, and with innumerable trades in place to ensure we achieved the desired outcome.
